30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on oI Studio subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial order date. After 30 days, subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period, but you can cancel at any time to prevent future renewals.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all our transactions. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
• Email us at hello@arcset.ca and we will help you process the refund.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or through your Paddle customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.
